Due to our exclusive products imported from Thailand, the delivery time is from 15 to 35 business days after the purchase has been confirmed.

If your product is taking longer to arrive, please consult the tracking code that will be sent to your email shortly after the product is dispatched.

We take this opportunity to inform that all orders sent from abroad must go through the inspection of the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service, and in some cases, may be subject to import taxes.

By making an international purchase, you are the importer and therefore, are responsible for ensuring compliance with all Brazilian import laws and regulations. This includes all possible duties and fees charged when the product arrives in Brazil. If you do not know your tracking code, please contact our customer service channels.

It is important to emphasize that, as the direct importer of products from Thai Shark originating from Bangkok, it is solely the customer's responsibility to provide all documents or information that may be requested by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service. Additionally, in the event that the required data are not presented, or if the Federal Revenue does not authorize the entry of the purchased product into the national territory, our company commits to initiating the refund process or to reship the item in question only after it returns to our stock. This condition also applies to cases of non-payment of customs fees.

We regret to inform that we have no ability to intervene in the customs clearance procedures in Brazilian territory, conducting shipments in strict compliance with the guidelines and regulations imposed by the regulatory body.
