5. Why is my discount code not working?

Check its spelling, validity period, eligible products and minimum purchase. Some offers cannot be combined with other discounts.

6. Can I add a discount after ordering?

Discounts must be applied before payment is completed. We normally cannot retroactively add a code to a confirmed order.
