1. How can I check my order status?

Thai Shark may take up to 7 business days to prepare and dispatch your order. Once it has been dispatched and the tracking code is available, we send the tracking link by email. You can also sign in to your Thai Shark account to review your order details and status.

2. Where can I find my tracking number?

We email the tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched and the code is available. Order preparation and dispatch may take up to 7 business days. Please also check your spam or promotions folder.

3. Why have I not received a tracking number yet?

Thai Shark may take up to 7 business days to prepare, check and dispatch your order. Tracking becomes available after dispatch. If more than 7 business days have passed without an update, contact us with your order number.

4. Why has my tracking not updated?

International tracking may pause between export, customs and the local carrier's first scan. This does not necessarily mean the parcel has stopped moving.

5. Can I change my shipping address?

Contact us immediately. We can change the address only if the order has not entered processing or been dispatched.

6. Can I change an item, size or color?

Contact us as soon as possible. Changes depend on processing status and stock availability; after dispatch, the return process applies.
